Tickets

  • I have not received a confirmation email after purchasing my tickets, did my order go through?
    • You can check your order by visiting your account and selecting the Orders menu tab.
    • Please also check your spam folder or contact your email provider to see why the email is being blocked. You may need to whitelist tickets@meltontheatre.co.uk.
  • I have my confirmation email but my print at home tickets have not arrived.
    • Not to worry, your print at home tickets can be found by visiting your account and selecting the Print at Home Ticket menu tab. There you will find a PDF to download and print. (We do not attach the tickets to the email for security purposes.)
  • I paid for my tickets to be posted and they have yet to arrive.
    • Tickets are sent via First Class Royal Mail and occasionally go missing in transit. Please contact the box office and let us know or you can ask for them to be printed on arrival to the event.
  • I have lost my tickets, can I still attend?
    • Of course, please bring your booking confirmation or your ID and we can print your tickets at the box office.

Account

  • I have an account but my password no longer works.
  • The account password reset email has not arrived.
    • Please check your spam folders and/or contact your email provider to see why the email is being blocked. You may need to whitelist tickets@meltontheatre.co.uk.
  • I am trying to set up a new account but it says my email address already exists.
    • If you have purchased tickets previously and provided us with an email address, you will already have a record on our system. Please perform a password reset and follow the link sent via email.
