Interested in performing arts or film making and want to make the most of your summer?
Then join the performing arts and media staff for the 2011 summer school for anyone aged 10 to 16 that would like to use their summer to develop specialist skills in dance, drama, musical theatre or film making.
In week one chose your specialist skills package and experience being trained in the 340 seat Melton Theatre or TV studio and Mac editing suite under the expert tuition of the performing arts and media academy staff.
In week 2 the summer school participants collaborate together to create a film either performing in front of the camera or working behind it. At the end of week two you will attend your own film screening in the Melton Theatre and receive a copy of the film you created on DVD as a lasting memory of two exciting fun packed weeks.
