How do I get to Melton Theatre?

When is the box office open?
8am – 9.30pm Mon – Weds
8am – 8pm Thursday
8am – 5.30pm Friday
On show days the box office is open 1 hour before the start of a show and will stay open until the end of the show, including weekends.
How can I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets by any of the following options:
1. The website. Simply click here to see that latest shows.
2. Call us on 01664 851 111
3. Drop into the theatre reception and buy your tickets in person
When will I receive my tickets?
If you have requested for them to be posted to you will normally receive them within 3 working days dependent on postal service
Can I pick them up in person or will they be posted?
You can collect your tickets from the box office during normal opening hours, or collect them on the evening of the performance.
What access is there for elderly or disabled guests?
We have a lift and ground floor access at the side of the theatre. Please advise us at time of booking so we can arrange for staff to help if required.
Will I get help finding my seats?
Yes ushers will be happy to help you to your seat

Is there parking nearby?
There is plenty of parking for evening performances at both the college car parks or at Wilton Road Car park adjacent to the theatre.
Are there discounts and concessions for students and OAPs?
There are discounts available for shows but are dependent on each companies restrictions. Please check each show as discounts do vary.
What facilities are available?
A bar serves drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks before the show, at the interval and for 1 hour after the show.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds of all tickets.
